The Party Branch of Changhong Sanjie New Energy held a themed activity titled “Pioneering Refinement, Exemplary Leadership” to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

As the July 1st Party Founding Day approaches, to commemorate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party’s fine traditions, and inspire a strong sense of responsibility and mission among Party members, the Sanjie Party Branch of Changhong organized a themed event titled “Forging Vanguard, Setting an Exemplary Lead” in celebration of July 1st. The event was held on June 29 at the Qixiang Village Party Committee, where a joint party-building initiative was carried out with the Qixiang Village Party Committee, a nationally recognized advanced grassroots Party organization. The program featured a wide range of activities and concluded successfully.

Thematic Party Lecture: Uphold Our Faith and Carry Forward Our Spirit

At the outset of the event, amid a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere, the unveiling ceremony for the joint Party-building initiative between the Sanjie Party Branch and the Qixiang Village Party Committee was held. At the scene, the secretaries of both organizations jointly unveiled the plaque marking the partnership. This collaborative effort aims to pool strengths in Party building by sharing experiences and learning from one another.

Following this, Secretary Ding Xueqi was invited to deliver a vivid thematic Party lecture to all Party members and cadres. Secretary Ding thoroughly expounded on the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China, as well as on how Party members should exemplify pioneering and exemplary roles in the new era. Secretary Yang Qingxin then addressed Party discipline, offering profound reflections and elaborations on how to uphold the “four hearts” in an environment characterized by intense competitive pressures. He emphasized that the “heart of innovation” embodies our core competitiveness and the driving force behind sustained development; “remaining true to our original aspiration” means steadfastly upholding our初心 and mission; “firm confidence” is the key to overcoming all difficulties and challenges; and “unity of purpose” serves as an essential safeguard for maintaining team cohesion and combat effectiveness. These four “hearts,” interconnected and mutually reinforcing, constitute the spiritual pillar that enables us to continuously break through our limits and create new achievements.

Study Visit: Pioneering Leadership, Staying True to Our Original Aspiration

Subsequently, the Party members visited the Qixiang Red Education Center to learn and reflect. Through exhibits, photographs, and videos, they gained insight into Qixiang Village’s arduous journey—from poverty and backwardness to prosperity and revitalization—under the leadership of the Party. They deeply appreciated the pivotal role of grassroots Party organizations as steadfast bastions in driving rural development. At the Agricultural Culture Park, the Party members witnessed how Qixiang Village, while safeguarding and passing down its farming heritage, has also actively explored new pathways for modern agricultural development. Later, along the Integrity Culture Street, the cautionary messages on the integrity‑education wall served as a powerful wake‑up call, reminding every Party member and cadre to remain clear‑headed at all times and to uphold the bottom line of integrity and self‑discipline.

At the conclusion of the visit, Secretary Yang led all Party members in a solemn oath‑taking ceremony. The oath‑taking is a solemn pledge that Party members make to the Party. At this moment, each member deeply feels the responsibilities and mission entrusted to them.

Party-building Activity: United in Heart, United in Action, Striving Forward Together

“Working in unison” was the overarching theme of this Party-building event, which featured a series of challenging yet engaging activities.

In the “Building the Tower Together” competition, team members raced against the clock, working in close coordination to swiftly assemble scattered puzzle pieces into a tower spelling out “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind.” This not only strengthened trust and mutual understanding among teams but also showcased their highly effective collaborative capabilities. Throughout the event, Party members fully exemplified their role as model leaders, proactively organizing and coordinating efforts, encouraging their teammates, and jointly overcoming challenges. Participants exchanged insights and shared experiences, fostering deeper bonds through recreation while enhancing the team’s cohesion and combat effectiveness through unity and cooperation. Amidst the rallying cry of “Creating Brilliance Together,” mutual trust and collaboration were further reinforced.

This event achieved the intended outcomes. Throughout the activities, Party members and cadres received profound education in Party spirit and a spiritual renewal, strengthening the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization. At the same time, the event further ignited the enthusiasm of Party members in their work. Moving forward, Changhong Sanjie will continue to take Party building as its guiding principle, constantly innovating the formats and enriching the content of its activities, enhancing the management capabilities of Party members and cadres, and fully leveraging the role of the Party organization as a strong fortress and the exemplary, pioneering role of Party members, striving tirelessly to realize the vision of establishing Changhong Sanjie as a nationally recognized brand.
